I am 29 years old and just completed and published my first book through PublishAmerica.  I am very proud of this accomplishment because being published is something that I have always dreamed of, but I never thought would be realized.  My sister in-law, Jamie Williams, did all the beautiful illustrations in my book and I am so excited that she was kind enough to help me out with that!!!  They are awesome!!!  If you want a book that you cant put down, this one is for you!!!! These stories are from 14 different mother's perspectives, but they can really be related to by anyone. They are about emotion, heartbreak, loss and mending broken relationships.  Raw emotion is the most beautiful trait about being a human!!!

  I am from a small town in Florida called DeFuniak Springs.  I write mostly fiction novels, but have been known to write the occasional article.  There is little to do in such a small town, which is what started me on this quest to begin with.  Although writing has consumed most of my life, I still dabble in other hobbies of mine: mostly music.  But the hardest thing to believe would be that I can write novels with ease, but fail drastically when it comes to writing songs: go and figure. 

Anyhow I hope you enjoy all of my works, because your enjoyment is by far the most important thing to me as a writer. 

Lori Finnila is a domestic violence survivor who has written and published two books about domestic violence and has finished another title "The Virtuous Woman" about domestic violence as well trying  to bring attention to it. Lori pulled herself out from this by herself after running from domestic violence for years and suffering a permanent brain injury due to this.
